When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry). We use this data exclusively to handle your enquiry and to initiate and execute a mandate.
This website is hosted by hosttech GmbH, Seestrasse 15a, 8805 Richterswil, Switzerland. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf, such as IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser and operating system (server log data). This data serves the security, stability and optimisation of operations and is not evaluated for any other purpose. The data is held in Switzerland.
We use the service Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA) to arrange meetings. When you book an appointment via the booking link, Cal.com processes the data you provide (name, email address, selected slot, optional notes on your request) for scheduling purposes. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cal.com ensures an adequate level of data protection through standard contractual clauses. Use of the booking tool is voluntary; you can always reach us by email or phone instead.
This website uses no cookies for marketing purposes and no tracking or analytics tools. There are no embedded social media plugins, external fonts or map services.
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption to protect data in transit. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.
We disclose personal data only where this is necessary to execute a mandate, where you have consented, or where a legal obligation exists. No data is shared for advertising purposes.
We retain personal data only as long as required for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply, in particular the ten-year commercial law retention period for business-relevant correspondence.
